Manage Your Account Finances

You can review monthly reports of your paid app and in-app item sales, applicable taxes, commissions, fees, and your earnings and remittances.

Sales Summary

You can review paid app and in-app item sales for a selected month: purchases, cancellations, revenue, estimated deductions, and your estimated earnings.

Reported sales amount, cancellation, and revenue data are generated from actual purchases and cancellations that occurred during the month's reporting period up to generation of the report. Cancellations result in no fees or earnings accruing from purchases.

Reported fees and accounting amounts are estimated based on expected fees and average accounts receivable, which may differ from the actual fees and amounts that result when the purchases are settled.

In summary rows, data is grouped by country and sub-grouped by payment method. Detailed data is grouped by country and sub-grouped by the type of purchase (paid app or in-app items).

Note: Sales data are updated daily. Your earnings equal your sales revenue amounts minus applicable fees (including European Union VAT, Samsung commission, and other fees).

This section contains fundamental information. For more details, see Sales Summary.

Log in to Seller Office (http://seller.samsungapps.com) and click Accounting > Sales Summary.

Click the calendar icon and select the year and month.

Financial Report

You can review paid app and in-app item purchases that have been finalized for a selected month: total sales amounts, cancellations, revenue, deductions, and you can review your actual earnings.

You can also review the total amount of the month's settled sales that contributes to the transfer amount of your actual earnings. You can generate a report spreadsheet.

Each monthly report includes sales that were settled during the month's reporting period:

  • Purchases made and payment finalized in the month's reporting period.
  • Purchases made in previous months and payment finalized in the month's reporting period.

Reports do not include sales where payment has not yet been received. Delays in finalizing sales depend on the country and payment method.

The total of all Accounting Amounts (earnings) for the month contributes to your remittance:

  • Your earnings equal your sales revenue amounts minus applicable deductions (for example, EU VAT, Samsung and Payment Gateway commissions, and other fees and taxes).
  • For sellers in countries other than South Korea, you set a minimum transfer amount (to reduce the impact of the remittance transfer fee). Your remittance is your accumulated earnings that exceed your minimum transfer amount minus the transfer fee.
  • For South Korean sellers, the minimum transfer amount is not in effect. Your remittance is always your total earnings for each month, and there is no transfer fee.

Note: Sales data are updated daily.

Data is grouped by country and sub-grouped by payment method.
Note: Except for the following, all other data is the same as that in the Sales Summary.

This month's Total:

Total of your earnings from all Accounting Amount values (USD)

For South Korean sellers, Samsung transfers this amount as your remittance.

For other sellers, each month's amount contributes to the transfer amount. It may take one or more monthly amounts to exceed your minimum transfer amount. When that occurs, Samsung transfers the accumulated amount minus a transfer fee as your remittance.

Settlement Period Time period (yyyy-mm-dd ~ yyyy-mm-dd, GMT) from the earliest to the latest settled sale

Samsung Commission Actual amount that Samsung charged for the purchases, which may include a local revenue share and service charge

Transaction
Fee + VAT
Actual total of all purchase processing charges (for example, Payment Gateway commission) and taxes (for example, European Union Value Added Tax) that were applied to the purchases

For those months when a settlement remittance will be transferred to you, you can review paid app and in-app item settlement data: remittance information and contributing settled sales amounts, cancellations, revenue, deductions, and your payment amounts.

Note: Payment amounts accumulated since your previous settlement remittance may or may not result in a settlement remittance for a selected month.

For a month when a remittance is to be transferred to you, your can review:

  • For each listed row contributes to your remittance: sales amount, cancellations, revenue, deductions, and your payment amount (in local currency and USD).

All listed payment amounts contribute to your settlement remittance:

  • Your payment amounts equal your sales revenue amounts minus applicable deductions (for example, EU VAT, Samsung and Payment Gateway commissions, and other fees and taxes).
  • For sellers in countries other than South Korea:
    • A minimum transfer amount is always in effect (to reduce the impact of the remittance transfer fee), which controls remittances transferred to your financial account (Set Up Your Settlement Remittance Transfers).
    • Your remittance equals the total of your payment amounts accumulated since your last remittance that exceed your minimum transfer amount minus the overseas transfer fee.
    • For months when your accumulated payment amounts do not exceed your minimum transfer amount, your monthly earnings contribute to your accumulated payment amounts, and will result in a future settlement remittance.

  • For South Korean sellers:
    • A minimum transfer amount is not in effect.
    • Your remittance always equals your total payment amounts for each month, and there is no transfer fee.
