Galaxy Store promotes your watch face apps based on information, graphics, and videos registered with your apps. Samsung also assists you in promoting your apps through advertising channels outside the Galaxy Store, including download discounts and coupon codes.

Galaxy Store promotes your watch face apps through their detail pages, in marketing areas with other apps and products, and by using banners.
All apps and products
Each app and product distributed in the Galaxy Store has a detail page, which is the primary page promoting your apps and products. Apps and products that meet certain eligibility criteria are also listed in one or more market areas, from which customers can access detail pages.
A detail page is where your customers review your app or product information and initiate download. The detail page shows information such as title, description, and pricing, graphic images including screenshots, and video files registered to your app or product. You can change what is shown at any time through Samsung Seller Office.
Watch face apps and watch apps in the Galaxy Store
The Watch section in the Galaxy Store promotes your watch face apps and watch apps.

Select watch face apps
You can request special promotion selection through an SDP helpdesk promotion request ticket. Our editorial team will evaluate your content and request and determine whether to select your watch faces. Simply join SDP, sign in, and submit a request ticket.
Collections of apps and products that meet selection criteria are promoted using banners, which typically increase daily downloads by four to five times. The Galaxy Store editorial staff creates banners for trending topics, select the apps and products to be included in each collection, and determine each banner's promotion start and stop dates.
Promotion Outside Galaxy Store
Samsung helps you promote your app (Android, Fonts, Galaxy Watch, or Stickers), Theme product (theme, wallpaper, icon pack, AOD), or Edge product (Edge panel app) through marketing media (for example, websites, social media, and emails).
This section presents the highlights of promotions outside Galaxy Store.
You can promote your Android, Edge, Fonts, Galaxy Watch, Stickers, and Theme product apps by displaying a Galaxy Store badge that sends your customers to your app's product detail page or seller brand page in the Galaxy Store, or to a page that helps them get to your app (depending on the user's device).
After requesting and getting approved for a badge, Samsung generates your badge URL (an app-sharing shortURL), which you can link to the badge image, insert into your marketing media (including websites and email), or use directly in social media.
After your customers click a badge image or link to your badge URL, the resulting promotion depends on the user's device:
- On a Samsung device, they are taken to your app's product detail page or seller brand page in the Galaxy Store .
- On a non-Samsung device for a Galaxy Watch app, they are taken to the app's product detail page or your seller brand page in the Galaxy Store .
- On a non-Samsung device for Android, Edge, Fonts, Stickers, and Theme apps, they are taken to a help page.
- On a desktop, they are taken to a help page.

App and product images
You can use images to promote your apps and products through your advertising channels. Images can be either standalone screenshots or screenshots overlaid on top of a Samsung device image (available from the Samsung Mobile Press Images, http://www.samsungmobilepress.com/).

You can add a deep hyperlink to your websites, your marketing channels and media, and your app or product code in order to promote your app or product available in the Galaxy Store. Typically, deep links point to your app product detail page in the Galaxy Store. However, where a deep link actually leads depends on your customer's device and the type of deep link you use.
Download discount and coupon promotion
Register the following discounts and coupon codes through Seller Office and promote them outside the Galaxy Store . Your customers benefit when they purchase or download your apps and products.
For your commercial (paid) apps and products that are being distributed, you can set one or more price discounts for your customers to download your app. You can set a discount percentage to apply to one or more countries to which your app is being distributed. You can also set a lower price for individual distribution countries. For each distribution country where users can pay by phone bill, you can choose whether or not to apply a discount to the phone bill price. For all types of discount, you can specify the time period in which your discount applies.

Download coupon codes
For your commercial (paid) apps and products that are being distributed, you can generate and issue coupon codes to your customers that enable them to download your app without paying during the online transaction. You can generate up to 1000 unique codes for each distribution country you select. You can issue a code to a customer in any way you choose. For example, you could issue codes free of charge, for a lower price than your app's full download price, or as part of a paid-for promotional package.
Note: You must manage the issuing of coupon codes.
You can activate coupon code redemption starting at any future date you specify. While coupon code redemption is active, your customers enter their code during your app's purchase/download transaction. Code redemption remains active until all of the issued coupon codes have been redeemed, a redemption ending date you specify has been reached (up to 28 days after the starting date), or you terminate the coupon code redemption before the ending date.
